Hi there, I'm Anne. I am a writer in my mid-twenties who passionately seeks creative and authentic experience in life's adventures, no matter how big or small. In 2010, I graduated from a private liberal arts college in New England with a degree in History. To me, history is simply a collection of stories to learn from and find inspiration in, and it is my belief that we all have our passions and stories to share in life. I desire to help build a community where we can inspire one another and share our stories to help build a better world.
Since 2006, my writing has been published in literary journals, newspapers, and college websites and magazines across the country, and has been featured on blogs such as Creature Comforts, Jess Lively, and Wonderfully Made.
In 2010, I founded Anne the Adventurer as a way to document adventures I discovered in daily life. Since then, I have found more encouragement, challenge, and artistic inspiration in creating art and words for this blog than I ever could have imagined. I have met readers from all over the country, and continue to network with other writers and bloggers who help me grow through mentorship.
