My best friend Tessa is back in the USA! We've known each other since the fourth grade, so we have been by one another's sides through thick and thin. She moved to Israel after graduating from high school and lives there all the time now, so I only get to see her once a year or so.
Things I love about my friendship with Tessa: she taught me how to salsa dance in middle school, we both love performance arts, she appreciates natural health, she's a fitness trainer, she has a spirited and wild family who has embraced me since youth (no matter how many fights we girls had), she is gorgeous, she speaks two languages fluently, she appreciates my emotional side, she spurs me on to try new things, she knows my history and can remember things from wayyy long ago, she has met my best friends from college and it was as if she has always known them, she's intelligent and awesome.
You wish she was your best friend now too, right? Oh, and at the rehearsal dinner for my wedding, she toasted Spencer and I in hebrew! Now you're really jealous.
I'm going to be spending some time with her in the next few weeks while she is in town!
